If we had it all the time, we'd take it for granted and then it would be meaningless. When it's not as plentiful, you appreciate it so much more when you have it!

verification makes it really hard to comment. you'd get more comments if you turned it off. i had to do this several times to get it to work.
If it is fleeting at times, it is so that we appreciate it more when we don't have it at other times..
